Scope and provider
The present general conditions of sale are applicable to sales contracts concluded online via the site www.alpaga.pensioncharnie.com between Géraldine CAPLAIN (Le Paradis de la Charnie, us), and its consumer customers (you).
Conclusion of the contract
In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on the conclusion of contracts online, the contract will be concluded when you click on the button allowing you to confirm your order, after viewing the details thereof, and in particular its total price, and have had the opportunity to correct any errors.

The language proposed for the conclusion of the contract is French.
Acceptance of the terms and conditions

archiving
The contracts concluded on our website (data relating to your order and GTC in force on the date of your order) are archived for a period of 10 years. Price
VAT is included in the prices displayed on our site at the legal rate currently applicable. The prices mentioned on our site are indicated all charges included, in euros. Shipping costs are not included in the prices displayed on our website. Other additional costs that may be charged to you are indicated before the conclusion of the contract.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to various charges and taxes, including customs and import VAT. These costs are borne exclusively by the buyer.

The products offered for sale on our website can be delivered in all countries of the European Union either by Chronopost (France and Europe) or Collisimo (for France)

Please note that delivery of goods will take place after receipt of your payment by us. To receive your products as quickly as possible, we advise you to pay by credit card.
Retention of title
The transfer of the property will take place after full payment of the price.
Risk transfer
The transfer of the risk of deterioration or loss of the goods will take place upon receipt of the goods delivered.
Right to retract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the last goods.

For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you transmit your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. You must return or return the property, to Le Paradis de la Charnie, The Patisseau, 72240 Saint Symphorien, FRANCE, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated to us your decision to retract this contract. This period is considered respected if you return the good before the expiration of the period of fourteen days. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the property.
Effects of the retraction
In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional charges arising from the fact that you have chosen, if delivery other than the less expensive standard delivery method proposed by us) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, this refund will not cause any costs for you. We may defer repayment until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Exception to the right of withdrawal
The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:
– contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
– contracts for the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– contracts for the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts to these publications;
– contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which can not be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
– contracts for the supply of goods which, after having been delivered, and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles;
– contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software where they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;
– contracts for the supply of services which are fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and the execution of which has begun after express prior agreement of the consumer and expressly waived his right of withdrawal;
– contracts for the supply of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium whose performance has begun after the express prior consent of the consumer and expressly waives his right of withdrawal.
Legal guarantee
The legal guarantee comes under the conditions provided for by law. The rights referred to in Articles L.211-4, L.211-5, L.211-12 of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code apply. Risk transfer
The transfer of the risk of deterioration or loss of the goods will take place when you take possession of the goods delivered or when the goods will be handed over to a carrier mandated by you, other than one of those proposed on our site.
Pics
All the photos you will find on our site come from us. It is our animals and products that we take care of photographing ourselves. We strive to offer you the most faithful representation of our products and in particular the colors of our products (light, white balance and color profiles). However the photos are not contractual. They display correctly on a calibrated screen, but depending on your hardware configuration, the color may be corrupted.
Intellectual property
All the elements of the site www.alpaga.paradischarnie.com, whether visual (photographs and texts) or sound, including the underlying technology, are works of the mind protected by the law, by the right of author, trademarks and patents.
They are not free of right and are – unless otherwise specified – the exclusive property of Mrs Géraldine CAPLAIN, who owns the brand ALPAGA CHARNIE.
Except explicit provisions, it is prohibited to reproduce, modify, transmit, publish, adapt on any medium whatsoever or to exploit in any way whatsoever, all or part of the site (photos, logos, drawings) without the authorization written in advance of Mrs. Géraldine CAPLAIN, owner of the brand ALPAGA CHARNIE.
The unauthorized use of a photograph or text by Géraldine CAPLAIN for commercial purposes or, failing that, by public dissemination, in any form whatsoever, entails the immediate invoicing of the equivalent of the service on assignment of copyright, up to the UPC scales.
